Northstar’s role on this project:

Northstar was selected as the design-build owner’s representative for this world class project. We provided training and education for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory on how to implement a performance based design-build project after contract award and then we worked as the owner’s representative for this important, ground breaking project. The project is LEED Platinum and will be Zero Net Energy, achieving Executive Order 13514 – 20 years ahead of schedule.
