Northstar’s role on this project:

Northstar was selected as the design-build criteria consultant for this project. We provided design-build criteria consulting, training and education and technical resources to manage the design-build competition. We jointly wrote the Request for Proposals, provided narrative performance specifications specifically suited for a military project, and assisted with awarding the project and provided technical assistance after contract award. This project is the Army’s first LEED Gold facility.
